Rent2Own at Rent2own.rentals is a home-search service operated by Foundation Debt Resolution LLC using the brand name The Home Programs.
We directly provide home-search assistance, answer customer questions, and schedule appointments. We do not provide credit repair, debt consolidation, or mortgage lending.
Information we collect
When you request assistance or book an appointment, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, preferred location, home preferences, budget, household income, and appointment details. We also collect your SMS consent choice and a record of the time, source page, and version and text of the consent wording.
Our website may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser information, pages visited, referral sources, and advertising campaign parameters. Cookies and similar technologies support site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement.
How we use information

You may submit a home-search request or book an appointment without checking the SMS box. An unchecked box means no SMS enrollment from that submission. We retain the consent choice, timestamp, source page, and wording version and text as a service record.

Security, retention, and your choices
